Having read favourable reviews about this tour company, we booked 4 tours with them-South tour with dolphin encounter, south east tour, north tour and a half day deep sea fishing. The correspondence with the manager was smooth and every single question of ours was answered in a timely manner. We had two guides. Michell, a knowledgeable guide, who took us on a fishing tour, secretly videotaped us catching fish. How cool that was! Another driver, Abdul was a very good driver, pleasant and friendly, however, lacking knowledge.
All in all, we would recommend Bele Mare tours to our friends and would use their service again once on vacation in Mauritius.
there are many listed by the vendors near the beach - explore before you go.. one can opt for a complete package including meal. go for all .. its the most memorable tour
Well organized excursions, value for your money. We did the blue bay excursion, was a whole day of speedboating between islands, lunch on ille aux cerfs. Blue bay snorkeling could have been better, hope Mauritius does more in regards to conservation. Fish and the corals have really beeen affected immensely. If snorkeling and diving is what you visting for.....rather opt for Zanzibar.
As a honeymoon couple, we did 4 tours with belle mare tours. First one was a sea trip to Ile auf Cerfs, second was trip with a guide to 7cascades, then to the north and Port Luis and last one to hike Le Morne Brabant. Everything worked excellent, sercive is very very friendly and customer oriented. Our guides on Le Morne and 7 cascades were also super. BOOK FROM BELLE MARE Tours !!
Went on The Blue Cruise with Belle Mare Tours, and cannot recommend enough. Everyone we have spoken to from the tour company has been friendly and knowledgeable, and the trip was very easy to organise. The trip itself was amazing - speeding round the sea, visiting the islands, snorkeling, delicious lunch... everything was great (and very good value). We're looking forward to the next tour! Thanks
This is a quiet beach in Mauritius. Not many people here. Flic n flac beach always crowded, but this one is more quiet. Very few locals are seen here comparatively. Few temples are around and people gather in the sun set time.
This beach has a good walk till the big hotels. A lot of big hotels are in line till La Palmeraie. You can see the sun rise only after you cross La Palmeraie hotel. Sea is very quiet.
Beach side is rocky and difficult to swim. Swimming places are demarcated. It is advisable not to go very deep. They are have boats which can be used. Always carry your footwear or else you can be hurt by sharp objects on sea bed. Do not go barefoot.
We booked a scooter and the swimming with dolphins trip. They brought the scooter to our hotel and everything was arranged well. Had a great day.
The dolphin tour was excellent. Very experienced skipper and guide and they brought us right in front of the dolphins. Most amazing experience ever.
The taxi driver was punctual and the car was modern and clean. We also booked our taxi to the airport which was again effortless. Pricing is very competitive, and much cheaper than when you book thriug your hotel.
...make sure you make your booking with belle mare tours! Best tour guides on the island, lots of awesome things to do (north tour, south tour, trip with a speed boat to blue bay including snorkeling and BBQ is a must!) - all in all: just fantastic and highly recommendable!
We stumbled on noorani and the staff waking to belle mare from our hotel emmeraude beach.we booked 4 tours with noorani two taxii tours ( South and Casella/ bagatelle) with his friendly clean taxi driver.then swimming with dolphins,black river,volcano,chammarel and then blue bay snorkelling I'll a cerf Island with seafood bbq on the beach rum tasting( yum) on the speed boat this is where we met satar who likes to be known as jack sparrow really he is like a Mauritian bob Marley lovely guy who does all the water tours ,humorous and he looks after you.noorani even organised one of his boys to take us to the airport for a fair price as per his tours unlike the hotels etc .so if your looking for tours,advice taxis etc he's your man my mon ami noorani and staff enjoy.
