We stayed one week in Mauritius. The trip we did with Bellmare Tours (Catamaran Trip Ile aux Cerfs) was magnificent. It was perfectly organised beginning from the aranged taxi to the Atmosphäre on the boot! I would recommand it without a doubt (and i’m a critical Person ;)). You get value for the money you spent! Thanks again for the nice day!
Good day spent on the catamaran. Lovely service provided by the skipper although communication between the skipper and tour operator was not good as the skipper did not know who paid for the parasailing. Overall good experience.
Second trip with this company , cheaper than the big tour operators and not so crowded on the catamaran, only 7 of us on our trip. Communication was very good with them, after sending an email to change the date of our your they couldn't get through on our mobile number but got in contact through the hotel.
The trip was very well organised, everything went smoothly, staff took care of our needs with children, glass bottom boat came after 5 minutes when we arrived to Blue Bay where the speed boat could not continue. The meal on Ile aux Cerfes was excellent as wal as rhum tasting.
We decided to book a catamaran trip to Île aux Cerfs after reading the positive reviews. We booked the trip via email and paid cash on the day. The price quoted was a lot cheaper than what was quoted at the hotel and the taxi pick up and drop was also very well priced. The trip was well organised and the staff efficient and knowledgeable. We were a small group of 12 (including 3 children) on a large catamaran which was great as a lot of the other boats looked quite full. The lunch was great and the unlimited drinks didn’t go a miss! We’d highly recommend this company. Thank you again for a great day out!
We used this company for land tours when we visited Mauritius last year. They were excellent so we contacted them again for a boat trip - Blue Cruise - on our return to Mauritius. Again they were excellent . Booking was easy. Clearly with a boat trip the weather can be a factor and they anticipated a problem and contacted all concerned and moved the arrangements into a better weather window. They advised pick up arrangements in a timely manner and were punctual. We met up with the boats and enjoyed a splendid day - waterfall, islands, marine park - as described by their website. They were extremely helpful in assisting myself and my wife onto and off the boat. Lunch was excellent and on our return to base the land transport was ready and waiting to take us back to our hotel. A great day well organised by a reliable and friendly company. Recommend!
We've done the swimming with the dolphins and the northern islands catamaran cruise - they were both very well organised, the transfers were excellent and the driver was very nice. the trips themselves were a great experience. Recommended.
We did their Ile aux Cerfs catamaran trip after reading good reviews about Belle Mare -- and getting a price quote much better than other operators. Email communication was easy and efficient. Our trip was good: my only complaint is that our boat lacked adequate snorkel equipment (not sure if they have one boat, or rent different boats). Candidly, Ile aux Cerfs is a good day trip, but not a great day trip, and it wouldn't have been worth more than the 1500 MRU Belle Mare charged. Basically, it's nice to spend the day on the water, but keep your expectations modest.
You name it and they have it. From taxi hire to car rental. I did tours, catamaran to ile aux curfs and took car on rent. They are very flexible and quick. Most of my requirements were acted upon on short notice. Dint have to look for another operator. They had it all. Keep up the great job.
