Belle Mare Tours were less than half the price of excursions on offer from our hotel so we decided to give them a try. We took a taxi to visit their office in Belle Mare and watched a presentation of the tours on offer. They also had a price list which was reassuring. We booked four tours with them during our holiday always dealing with Nagesh via Whats App which worked very well. Each tour was as described and transport was by taxi with polite and knowledgable drivers. Nagesh was very keen to give us a good experience and we highly recommend them.
What an amazing day trip, a definite must do. Beautiful views everywhere especially when parasailing along the coast. Lots activities on ile aux cerfs to keep all ages happy.

We made four excursions with them: the south and the north, the speedboat in the east and catamaran in the north. The staff is friendly, always on time and the prices are very interesting.
With special thanks to Jean-Michel, our taxi/tour guide, for his explanations about Mauritius, his kindness and the many beautiful places he showed us, and to Naguesh in the office for making all this happen and for his good advices.
While staying at our hotel we met this gentleman who works for Belle Mare tours. We wanted to swim with Dolphins and our hotel rep wanted to charge us 8,000 Rupees, but Balle Mare tours charged us 5,000 rupees (for 2 persons) and we got more. Was picked up from our hotel by taxi at 06:00 and travelled 1hr to the south of the island. We was met by the boat driver and was taken out into the Indian ocean to meet the dolphins, this lasted about 60mins. A short boat ride back to a beautiful part of the island for a BBQ and a chance to walk around, catch the sun and take some pictures. The whole trip including taxi ride took 9 hrs. Excellent atmosphere and a lovely beach. Good local food around. It is safe and a lot of activities to do like Scuba, kite surfing, snorkelling, glass boats, boats ride, kayaking, tours. It is a reasonable place with good hotels around.
Lovely day out, better weather would have made it amazing. Reefs were beautiful but as it was too choppy we weren't able to stay for too long snorkelling. That was due to the 'anti-cyclone'. The tour guides were informative and helpful and we would certainly use them again.

We spent a memorable day at Belle Mare..the waters are as the pictures show u...magical blue green and crystal clear.
Good for snorkeling and other water sports...one can do bookings for water sports on the beach and go immediately..prices were also reasonable .would definitely recommend staying on the east coast to get maximum benefit of belle mare.
