W'ed start the day with a wake-up swim in the sea then go to town at the breakfast buffet which is incredible. We'd then sunbathe on the beautiful beach, stroll up and down reading our kindles then have lunch at the Indigo Beach. We'd play tennis late afternoon, visit the gym and spa, return to the buffet for yet more delicious food and dance it off on the dance floor in the bar area !
Our driver very informative, Ile de Cerf beautiful,visit to tea and sugar factory very interesting . Walking with lions not to be missed also a trip from Black River to see dolphins amazing.

We booked the South Tour with Belle Mare Tours and had a great day. Since you have a privat driver you can decide on what to do and how long which is a real benefit. Our drive (Vikesh) did a great job, takes a lot of pictures if you like and really tried his best to make us enjoy the trip. We saw all the beautiful places, I learned a lo about Hinduism, local people and the island's nature - and we saw mokeys :), it was a great day. I can highly recommend to book Belle Mare Tours!
We enjoyed every part of this day trip from the speed boat to the sightseeing of things we would otherwise not have been able to see such as waterfalls, nature reserve and even monkeys in the trees. The lunch was delicious and the whole experience unforgettable as well as cheaper than the reps on the beach were selling at the hotel for exactly the same experience as their boat was just behind ours all day! Very good value and charming staff who were attentive and helpful.
Belle Mare Tours were less than half the price of excursions on offer from our hotel so we decided to give them a try. We took a taxi to visit their office in Belle Mare and watched a presentation of the tours on offer. They also had a price list which was reassuring. We booked four tours with them during our holiday always dealing with Nagesh via Whats App which worked very well. Each tour was as described and transport was by taxi with polite and knowledgable drivers. Nagesh was very keen to give us a good experience and we highly recommend them.
